Lake Broken Bow and Beavers Bend

Broken Bow Lake, part of Beaver's Bend State Park, has 14,240 surface acres of the clearest water in Oklahoma. It has an average depth of 62 feet and depths reaching 185 feet.

It offers 180 miles of shoreline which are heavily wooded with large parts of the lake nestled in remote backcountry. Lake Broken Bow is considered one of the most beautiful lakes in Southeast Oklahoma and in all the Southern United States.

Lake Broken Bow currently holds the Oklahoma State Record Largemouth Bass at 14lbs 11 ozs. Broken Bow Lake is also loaded with large Smallmouth, Walleye, Spotted Bass, and Sand Bass.

Bodee has been fishing Lake Broken Bow for over 25 years.

He also fishes and guides on Lake Pine Creek, Lake Hugo and Lake McGee Creek.

As Bodee likes to say, "Remember you can't catch a fish in the recliner!" (That is what he tells his Dad when he wants to stay home!)
